Week of October 8

Fellow ranchers,

Thank you for a great week. I've had the pleasure to be involved in many conferences this past week as well as some very critical conversations. I applaud each and every one of you who continue to reflect, explore various ways to help your students, and engage them to find out how you can better serve them. Data conversations continue to grow and it amazes me how far we have come as a staff. Kudos! Please continue to provide me and the admin team with any challenges and feedback that will allow us to make adjustments according to your needs.

“If I am not aware of the barriers you face, then I won’t see them, much less be motivated to remove them.” - Robin DiAngelo

Homecoming week is upon us! What does that mean? Well, it means a lot of excitement, especially for our students, which is ok. However, for us, it means we need to be more vigilant in our supervision, more engaging in our instruction, and maximizing the time in our class from bell to bell. Let's not let an exciting week catch us looking the other way.

Below is the guidance Mrs. Repko has given you, followed by the precise communication given to our students. Remember jeans are ok AS LONG AS THEY ARE PART OF THEIR THEME.... and no rips, shreds, holes, etc.
