Week of December 16

Hello Ranchers!!!

One more week!!!!

Thank you for setting high expectations with dress code on Friday and working with Ms. Farmer and Mr. Chavis in sending work.  This was the biggest feedback I received in my surveys I asked you to complete, which was was holding each other accountable for school wide rules. I love the fact that we all want to work with our students, but not at the expense that they are taking advantage of us.  RS was full Friday(VERY FULL), but we should see the numbers dwindle as we continue to set this bar.  Please remind the students that dress code should always be taken care of before entering their first class of the day. I look forward to meeting with Leadership this coming week to get more specifics as it relates to the survey. You all are the best!

2nd interim for the 2nd quarter needs to be distributed Monday to all students in all classes.

We will have a 20 minute homeroom on Friday so we can distribute all of the ACT and PSAT reports back to students. Another wonderful opportunity for students to be checked for dress code. Mrs. Barnum will communicate more specifics as the day approaches.  Homeroom is 8:10-8:30 with 1st block starting at 8:35.

This is a just a gentle reminder to let the students know we only have 5 days before the break, followed by 3 days after the break before Teacher Made exams start. Work should be turned in and time should be made up.  Saturday School is this Saturday, December 14th form 8AM - Noon. Please remind the students this is an opportunity to make up their time.
